My name is Dennis Lewis and I’m 45 years old. I’ve played sports for over 35 years and have always been active. In addition I’ve been in multiple auto & motorcycle accidents. After years of a vigorous life style, time took its toll and I’ve had a total of 7 operations on different areas of my body.
